Finnable stands out in the Fintech sector by transforming the lending experience through technological advancements and employer support.Key responsibilities Be the bridge between partners and internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and projects. Maintain existing partnerships and identify areas to grow further. Creating outcome-driven engagement plan with partners to ensure regular tracking and returns on these partnerships. Be the single point of contact for our Key partners and Act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner. Take complete ownership of Lender/Partner product streams, create Roadmap and maintain backlogs. You will extensively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Risk and Operations to ensure smooth day to day operating relationships for the partners and Finnable Ensuring timely delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling and executionRequired Skills Strong business acumen, structured problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple functions and organizational groups with high stakeholder management skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships Understanding of the fintech landscape along with good deal-making/negotiation skills An open, intuitive and curious mind to learn, unlearn and experiment Proactive and self-motivated to deliver excellence independently Must be willing to work in a high growth and fluid work environment Strong passion for Fintech and latest advancements in the financial services space Candidates with product management experience with agile methodologies are preferredRequired Experience 2-4 years of experience in Product management / strategic partnerships, preferably in fintech industry Bachelor’s / Master’s / MBA degree
