This is the future of finance we’recreating.Website - quid.moneyLinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/company/quid-money/Roles & Responsibilities:• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potentialpartners to expand personal loan distribution.• Revenue Growth Ownership: Drive month-on-month revenue growth by designing andexecuting strategic partnership initiatives.• Relationship Management: Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partnersto ensure long-term collaboration and business alignment.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams todesign go-to-market strategies and optimize product offerings.• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyse partner performance data, market trends, and customerinsights to recommend strategic initiatives.• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior partnership managers, ensuring teamalignment and performance excellence.• Reporting & Insights: Prepare comprehensive performance reports, highlightingopportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations.The role is not restricted or limited to the roles and responsibilities mentioned above.Key Requirements:• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in partnership management, business development, orstrategic alliances, preferably within the fintech sector.• Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis platforms(e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI).• Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer data to drivestrategic decisions.• Strong understanding of personal loans, lending ecosystems, and financial products.• Strong analytical and communication skills.Contact us to applyEmail - hr@quid.money
