ConductA/B testson creatives, keywords, and landing pages to scale winning campaigns. Stay updated onGoogle Ads innovationsand D2C growth playbooks from top consumer brands. Who You Are 3+years ofhands-on Google Ads experience(Search, Display, YouTube, App) —must have scaled D2C brands(website & app-based). Deep understanding ofperformance marketing fundamentals— attribution, audience strategy, conversion optimization, and analytics. Skilled inGoogle Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and Data Studio . Highly data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable managing large monthly budgets (₹10L–₹50L+). Exposure toMeta Ads and other growth enginesis a strong plus. Above all — aproblem solver, hustler, and growth-driven marketerwho loves speed, learning, and building.
