About the Role:We are seeking aPerformance Marketing Expertto join our digital team and lead the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter and other performance-driven platforms. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with campaign management, data analysis, predictive analysis and performance optimization while having the strategic mindset to drive measurable growth for multiple clients across diverse industries. (A specific experience in real estate category would have a brownie point) This role is ideal for someone who thrives in afast-paced agency environment , understandsROI-driven marketing , is agile and smart, and who can effectively communicate insights to internal teams.Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & PlanningDevelop and executedata-driven performance marketing strategiesacross platforms such as: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, PMax) Bing Ads (Search) Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant platforms. Conductcompetitor and audience researchto identify growth opportunities.2. Campaign ExecutionSet up and manage end-to-end campaigns — fromad copy creationandkeyword selectiontobidding strategiesandaudience targeting . Collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-performing ad creatives. Implementtracking pixels , conversion events, and remarketing audiences viaGoogle Tag Manageror similar tools.3. Optimization & Performance ManagementContinuouslymonitor, analyze, and optimizecampaigns for maximum ROI and CPA/CPL efficiency. ConductA/B testingfor ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Optimizebudget allocationacross campaigns and platforms to achieve client KPIs.4. Reporting & InsightsPrepareweekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reportswith insights, learnings, and recommendations. Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Present insights and performance reviews during client meetings.5. Collaboration & ProcessCoordinate with theSEO, Creative, and Strategy teamsfor integrated campaign execution. Keep up to date withlatest ad platform updates, industry trends, and algorithm changes. Support thenew business teamby contributing to performance strategy for pitches and proposals.Key Skills & CompetenciesTechnical SkillsProficiency in: Google Ads ,Meta Business Manager ,LinkedIn Campaign Manager , and other ad platforms. Google Analytics 4 (GA4)andGoogle Tag Manager (GTM) . Google Data Studio / Looker Studiofor reporting. Microsoft excel and Powerpoint Strong understanding ofconversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization . Knowledge ofautomation rules ,bid strategies , andaudience segmentation .Analytical & Strategic SkillsStrong command ofdata interpretation ,ROI analysis , andbudget optimization . Ability to translate data intoclear, actionable insights . Strategic mindset with an eye for identifyinggrowth opportunities .Soft SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills. Strong project management and multitasking ability. Collaborative team player with problem-solving orientation. Adaptable and curious about new tools and marketing trends.
