Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Partner Success Manager (PSM) who will play a key role in driving growth by managing partners, improving supply, and ensuring strong coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in team handling, account management, and demand generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
Drive demand by implementing partner-level strategies and ensuring coordination with the supply side.
Monitor partner performance, identify gaps, and provide solutions for improvement.
Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and operational targets.
Act as a bridge between Wiom and partners to resolve issues, align on business goals, and ensure smooth operations.
Analyze data and prepare performance reports to track growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Account Management / Partner Management / Sales Operations.
Strong skills in team handling and relationship management.
Ability to drive demand, improve partner supply, and manage escalations effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
