Job Overview


We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to join our team at Ditinus Technology Private Ltd. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • A minimum of one year's experience IT Sales in international sales. Technological expertise is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • The capacity to identify client needs.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Good understanding of market research and analysis
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • The prospect, decision-makers, and procedures are qualified as part of lead generation operations, which also involve scheduling sales calls and meetings.
  • Call potential clients across North America using tried-and-true sales strategies to get quality leads for web design and web development.
  • Must have exposure of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing Speak effectively to managerial and technical executives as well as senior managers.
  • Be extremely energized and enthusiastic with the ability to continually work at a high level to meet calling and lead generation targets.
  • Have effective interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must also be proficient on the phone.
