Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service and HR Specialist to join our Gurgaon team. This unique role combines customer service excellence with HR coordination, ensuring that both our customers and team members are well-supported. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining Protein World’s reputation for outstanding service while fostering a positive, engaged workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Deliver exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for every interaction.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely, accurate responses.

• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions to enhance satisfaction.

• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Human Resources:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date.

• Support the HR team with organizing training, team-building activities, and performance reviews.

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

• Help foster a positive workplace culture aligned with Protein World’s values and energy.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service and/or HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with both customers and team members effectively.

• A proactive problem-solver who can handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and HR software is a plus.

• A passion for health and wellness and alignment with Protein World’s bold, vibrant brand vibe.

• A positive, high-energy personality who thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
