Job Description: IILM University is a leading educational institution committed to excellence in teaching, research, and holistic development. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead our Corporate Resource Centre at IILM University. The Head of CRC will play a critical role in shaping the career services department's strategic direction. This position requires a visionary leader with a strong understanding of industry trends, corporate relationships, and talent acquisition strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive placement strategy, fostering strong relationships with corporate partners, and providing leadership to the University placement team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • and execute a strategic career services strategy to enhance student placement opportunities and employability.
  • and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, industry leaders, and recruiters to facilitate job placements for students.
  • have a robust HR network to identify and engage potential employers for campus recruitment drives, networking events, and industry collaborations.

  • and maintain a comprehensive database of employment outcomes, industry connections, feedback, and partnership opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications and Attributes:

  • degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Higher Education Administration, or related field.
  • of 8 years of experience in career services, talent acquisition, corporate relations, or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

track record of developing and executing successful placement strategies in a higher education or corporate setting.
