We are seeking a skilled HR Head to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. As a key member of our team, you will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, and talent management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement HR Strategies:
  • Formulate and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive initiatives that foster employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR programs and policies.

2.Manage the Recruitment and Selection Process:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Implement effective strategies to attract and retain top talent.

3.Oversee Performance Appraisal System:

  • Design and implement performance management systems and processes.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and feedback.

4.Report to Management with HR Metrics:

  • Compile and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and training effectiveness.

5.Conduct Skill Assessment and Training:

  • Identify skill gaps within the organization and develop training programs to address them.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

6.Lead a Team of Junior HR Executives:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior HR team members.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of assignments.

7.Process Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Graduation and Masters in Human Resources or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in HR roles.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
