Monitor internal HR systems, Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures. Comply and document under CLR, Factories Act, and other all applicable laws. Contract management under legal aspects. Design and implement company policies. Documents for any official requirement. Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures. Legal & Compliance Ensuring 100% Compliance under various Labour and other applicable laws. Implementation of Software & planning for digitalization across the HR functions Implementation and ensuring new systems in the company related to HR. Liaisoning with Govt authorities. Monitoring legal cases and updates. Supporting managers on issues relating to HR and labour law – counselling and handling any legal or disciplinary issues. Working and implementation of Minimum wages. Qualifications MSW / MBA Hands-on experience in IR/Welfare and legal compliance. Minimum 9 to 12 years or even more Preferred Male candidates Expertise Knowledge of key IR processes. Statutory rules & regulations.
