Om Sai Global HR Service is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Research and analyze market trends and competitors
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in business development
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in the HR consulting industry is a plus
