Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Synq.Work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales pipeline. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. While the role is primarily located in Gurugram, NCR and beyond can be a quick transition for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in business development and sales 4+ years
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the managed office or corporate real estate industry is a must have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
