We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support business decisions through financial insights, reporting, and strategic analysis.

Position - Deputy Manager

Working Days - 6 Days

Location - Mumbai (Western Line)

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze financial performance, profitability, and overall cost structures to support business decision-making.
  2. Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and highlight key improvement opportunities.
  3. Provide data-driven, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  4. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
  5. Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports to senior management.
  6. Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting and strategic planning.
  7. Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools to present insights effectively.
  8. Work with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Oracle Fusion, EPM) for reporting and analysis.
  9. Maintain high attention to detail while applying a strategic and analytical mindset.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders through strong communication skills.
