Your work profile
As a Deputy Manager in our Mergers and Acquisitions Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Secretarial advisory & assistance on various company law matters like company formation, maintenance of secretarial records, e-filing of forms with MCA
Independent project management of a corporate secretarial book of 25+ clients
Strong Technical Knowledge
Leading 4-5 team members (E/ SE)
Excellent communication skills
Speed, commitment, and efficiency – someone who can hit the ground running
Post qualification 5 years' experience in corporate law / secretarial matters, preference will be given to candidates from Big-4 / other consulting firms / Practising Company Secretary firms
Desired qualifications
- CS with 4+ year Experience in Regulatory & Compliance.
- Team player
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Persistent and persuasive
Location and way of working
- Base location: Mumbai-Thane
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
