About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with real estate experience to join our team as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to our real estate projects, addressing their queries, and scheduling site visits. Your primary objective will be to convert prospects into qualified leads, supporting our sales team in achieving their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact potential customers via phone to introduce our company, real estate projects, and services.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our offerings meet those requirements.
  • Provide detailed information on project features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients and the onsite sales team.
  • Conduct virtual walkthroughs of projects to engage and inform clients.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call logs.
  • Handle customer objections and questions with professionalism and clarity.
  • Build and nurture ongoing relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Utilize MS Office and basic computer skills to support daily activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telecalling, presales, or customer service roles within the real estate sector.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to persuade and encourage clients to visit sites.
  • Persistent, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
  • Willingness to work in a voice-based process environment.
