Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Sector 1, Noida Extension
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in real estate sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into property site visits and closures. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships, promoting our real estate projects, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential buyers and explain the project.
Schedule and ensure site visits.
Keep regular follow-ups to convert leads.
Meet monthly visits and sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a strong background in telesales/B2C sales.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of local real estate laws and pricing trends.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Comfortable with fieldwork and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Goal-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum educational qualification is 12th pass.
A valid driver's license and own vehicle are a plus.
