Manager – Sales & Pricing (Air & Ocean Freight)

to lead our sales initiatives and manage pricing strategies for both air and ocean freight services. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of freight forwarding, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop competitive pricing strategies. This role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with internal teams and build strong relationships with customers.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership:

Lead and manage sales efforts for air and ocean freight, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.Pricing Strategy:

Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for air and ocean freight, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.Customer Acquisition:

Identify and engage new clients, maintain relationships with existing customers, and explore new business opportunities.Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt pricing and sales strategies accordingly.RFQ Management:

Handle large Requests for Quotation (RFQs), negotiating terms and prices with customers while ensuring alignment with company goals.Collaboration:

Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of pricing policies and maintain service quality.Reporting:

Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pricing analysis to support management decision-making.Requirements:Experience:

8-10 years in freight forwarding with strong expertise in both air and ocean freight sales and pricing.Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding industry, including market trends and pricing models.Sales Skills:

Proven ability to drive sales, build client relationships, and close deals.Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical abilities to manage and optimize pricing strategies.Technical Proficiency:

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating with clients and collaborating with internal teams.Leadership:
