Job Summary: We are seeking an experiencedand motivated HR Manager to oversee all human resources operationsand ensure alignment with our business goals. The HR Manager willbe responsible for managing recruitment HR policies employeerelations performance management and organizational developmentensuring the company s workforce remains productive compliant andengaged.
KeyResponsibilities: Recruitment &Onboarding:
  • Developand implement effective recruitment strategies to attract toptalent.
  • Manage the full recruitment processincluding job postings interviews and backgroundchecks.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensurenew hires are smoothly integrated into the companyculture.
EmployeeRelations:
  • Serve asthe primary contact for employee concerns resolving conflictspromptly and fairly.
  • Implement engagementstrategies that foster a positive and collaborative workenvironment.
  • Conduct exit interviews andanalyze feedback to improve retention efforts.
PerformanceManagement:
  • Developand manage performance appraisal systems to ensure consistentevaluation and growth.
  • Work with departmentheads to set goals and create employee developmentplans.
  • Address underperformance withconstructive support and guidance for improvement.
Compensation&Benefits:
  • Administerpayroll bonuses and benefits ensuring timely and accuratepayments.
  • Evaluate and maintain competitivecompensation policies that ensure internalequity.
  • Manage employee benefits programsincluding health insurance and retirement plans.
Compliance &Policy Development:
  • Ensure HR practices comply withlabor laws and regulations updating policies asnecessary.
  • Develop and enforce policies thatpromote a healthy fair and compliant workenvironment.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of HRprocesses to ensure compliance with allregulations.
Learning&Development:
  • Designand implement training programs to support employee growth anddevelopment.
  • Identify skill gaps andcollaborate with leaders to create targeted learningopportunities.
  • Track and evaluate theeffectiveness of training programs.
OrganizationalDevelopment:
  • Supportorganizational growth through effective workforce planning andtalent strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadershipto create succession planning initiatives.
  • Leadchange initiatives to enhance productivity culture and overallorganizationalefficiency.

KeyRequirements :
  • Bachelor s degree in HumanResources Business Administration or a related field (Mastersdegree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of HRexperience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law laborregulations and HR best practices.
  • Excellentinterpersonal communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MicrosoftOffice Suite.
  • Strong problemsolving andconflictresolutionabilities.

PreferredQualifications:
  • HRcertifications (e.g. SHRMCP SHRMSCP PHR orSPHR).
  • Experience in the finance industry.
  • Proven track record in recruitment andemployee engagement initiatives.
