Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical expertise and sales, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This role requires engineering knowledge, strong communication skills, and a sales-driven mindset.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage potential customers to promote our technical products and solutions.- Provide technical expertise and support during pre-sales discussions and product demonstrations.- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop customized solutions for clients.- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and reports.- Understand customer requirements and translate them into viable technical solutions.- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field).- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or a related role.- Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to travel as required.Benefits:- Opportunity to work in a growing startup environment.- Competitive salary and incentive structure.- Opportunities for career growth and professional development.- Travel and expense reimbursements.- Salary - 30k to 45k + Incentives ( No bar for the right candidate)
