We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to join our team and contribute to building a motivated, efficient, and customer-focused workforce.

Position Overview:

As a Human Resource Manager, you will play a key role in recruiting, developing, and managing talent to ensure the smooth functioning of our business. You will implement HR strategies, maintain compliance, and foster a positive work environment that aligns with the company's mission and values.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in team management for retail or event-based businesses.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, especially in handling fireworks or event setups.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
