Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Rajkot. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and administering benefits programs. Daily tasks include maintaining employee records, facilitating recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding, and addressing employee queries on HR-related issues. The role also involves coordinating training programs and contributing to workplace culture initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in developing and enforcing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
