Since the market launch of this strategy in mid-2023, Trianz has experienced enormous growth, success, and recognition.

  • Some of Trianz’ built IP in data and analytics was acquired by Amazon. Since then, Trianz has been made an engineering partner of Amazon for building/supporting connected ecosystems across multiple AWS platforms.

About the Role: As a lead for Internal communications, you will play a key role in developing and executing overarching strategies to enhance internal communications across the organization. This individual will work closely with leadership & business units to ensure consistent messaging, foster employee engagement, and promote a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong writing skills blended with experience in managing internal communication channels and campaigns. What You'll Be Doing: • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: • Create and execute comprehensive internal communication plans that align with organizational goals and messages • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, strategizing on engagement tactics and communication methods • Create & deliver compelling internal communications materials including newsletters, emails, announcements, HR communication, policies and intranet content

Channel Management: • Oversee and update internal communication platforms such as the company intranet, digital signage, and internal social media channels. • Ensure that communication channels are engaging, user-friendly, and effectively reach all employees. • Ensure consistent messaging and a high standard of content across all platforms. • Content Creation and Management: • Oversee the production of internal publications, presentations, and other communication tools. • Employee Engagement: • Develop programs and initiatives charter to foster employee engagement and strengthen company culture. • Act as a liaison between employees and leadership, gathering feedback and addressing concerns strengthen employee engagement. • Create opportunities for Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members to actively participate in corporate messaging • Event Coordination: • Plan and execute internal events such as town halls, team-building activities, and recognition programs. • Coordinate with other departments to support event logistics and communication • Crisis Communication: • Develop and implement internal communication strategies for crisis situations. • Provide timely and accurate information to employees during emergencies or organizational changes fostering Transparency. • Collaboration and Support: • Work closely with HR, Marketing, and other departments to align internal communication efforts aligned with overall business objectives. • Provide communication support for change management initiatives and other key projects

Who you are: • Bachelor’s OR master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. • Minimum of (6-8) years of experience in internal communications or a related role. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Proven experience in content creation and managing internal communication channels. • Proficiency in content strategy, including message development, audience identification, and brand voice. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet systems, email marketing tools, Social Media Platforms). • Experience with digital communication platforms and employee engagement tools. • Excellent Cognitive Attributes, Self-Starter & Innovative Education: • Advanced degree in Communications or a related field
