Position Description     
The Customer Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer interactions. This position involves providing exceptional front desk support, handling customer inquiries, and serving as a key point of contact for various stakeholders. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for guiding guests to their intended destination with attentive assistance, as well as serving as a backup for critical processes within the organization.

Experience Required
Experience in customer service or front desk operations.
