Business Head – Corporate Events (Sports & Leisure )

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Head to lead our Events division under the Sports & Leisure vertical. This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in executing high-impact F&B events, building event IPs, managing large-scale venues, and driving financial performance. If you are passionate about creating exceptional experiences and scaling profitable event properties, we'd love to meet you.

Key roles and responsibilities:

Event Leadership & Execution


•Lead end-to-end planning, and execution of large-scale events including concerts, F&B festivals, sporting events, and lifestyle/leisure experiences.


•Oversee seamless coordination of all F&B, beverage, and catering requirements, working closely with creative, operations, production, and logistics teams to deliver exceptional F&B experiences at large-scale events.

Brand Strategy & IP Development


•Develop and execute long-term strategies for proprietary event IPs, artist-led tours, and public festivals.


•Manage the full lifecycle of IPs from concept development and market fit to monetization, sponsorships, audience growth, and expansion.

Venue Management & Partnerships


•Build and manage strong partnerships with venues, stadiums, and premium event spaces across geographies.


•Lead commercial negotiations and finalize contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and long-term strategic value.

P&L Ownership & Financial Planning


•Full accountability for the vertical's Profit & Loss including revenue planning, budget management, and cost optimization.


•Work closely with finance and strategy teams to ensure performance targets and ROI are consistently met or exceeded.

Cross-functional & Stakeholder Collaboration


•Collaborate with internal teams including brand, marketing, legal, artist relations, and F&B to ensure alignment and successful execution.


•Build strong relationships with external vendors, artists, sponsors, collaborators, and government bodies.

Market Intelligence & Innovation


•Monitor trends across sports, entertainment, and leisure to identify opportunities for new formats and audience engagement.


•Experiment with new technologies, content models, and partnerships to drive innovation and growth.

Key Requirements :


•12+ years of experience in live events, entertainment, or experiential marketing with leadership exposure.


•Demonstrated success in managing venues, building event IPs, managing large teams, and leading complex event operations.


•Strong understanding of P&L management and commercial negotiation.


•Exceptional project management, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.


•Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building something from the ground up.
