Job Description

Our client, a leading hygiene product manufacturing company, is looking for a qualified talent to join their firm:

  • Manage & develop areas to achieve sales goals, coverage, and market share.

  • Manage Distributors - ensuring Distributors comply with Distributor contracts and management criteria prescribed by the company

  • Control inventory, plan orders with Distributors

  • Ensure the sales system is maintained and used effectively

  • Build and develop customer relationships in assigned markets.

  • Implement all promotional and display programs by company regulations to achieve set goals.

  • Responsible for recruiting, training, managing performance, and checking compliance with internal regulations of marketing staff

  • Schedule weekly market visits and carry out scheduled market visits to monitor and manage the market, customers, and train staff.

  • Urge marketing staff to implement sales targets, product structure, and product display

  • Monitor POSM implementation, and deploy promotion programs.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields

  • At least 3 years experience in managing FMCG businesses via GT channels 

  • Good communication and negotiation skills 

  • Excellent leadership, training, and teamwork skills 

  • Being under 34 years old is an advantage


Benefits
