Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Store Manager

to lead our jewelry store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a passion for luxury goods and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our customers. If you have a keen eye for detail, a love for jewelry, and the ability to lead a high-performing team, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:Drive store sales to meet or exceed targets.Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clients and regular customers.Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.Store Operations:Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and security procedures.Manage inventory, and stock levels, and ensure accurate reporting of stock movement.Maintain store visual standards, ensuring displays are in line with brand guidelines.Handle all cash, payment, and invoicing procedures.Team Leadership & Development:Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure high levels of performance.Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members, and regularly review their progress.Lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff.Marketing & Promotions:Plan and execute in-store promotions and events to drive foot traffic and sales.Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional materials and social media campaigns.Track and report the success of promotional activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Store Manager in jewelry industry

or in a similar retail management role, preferably in the jewelry or luxury sector.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Strong sales background with a deep understanding of customer service excellence.Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and financial reporting.Ability to multitask and handle the pressures of a high-end retail environment.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
