Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our jewelry store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a passion for luxury goods and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our customers. If you have a keen eye for detail, a love for jewelry, and the ability to lead a high-performing team, this role is perfect for you.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Sales & Customer Service:
  • Drive store sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clients and regular customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
  • Store Operations:
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and security procedures.
  • Manage inventory, and stock levels, and ensure accurate reporting of stock movement.
  • Maintain store visual standards, ensuring displays are in line with brand guidelines.
  • Handle all cash, payment, and invoicing procedures.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure high levels of performance.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members, and regularly review their progress.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff.
  • Marketing & Promotions:
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional materials and social media campaigns.
  • Track and report the success of promotional activities.




Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in jewelry industry or in a similar retail management role, preferably in the jewelry or luxury sector.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong sales background with a deep understanding of customer service excellence.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and handle the pressures of a high-end retail environment.



Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
