What You'll Do

As a Growth & Alliance Associate, you will:

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain alliances with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft effective pitches and proposals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
  • Manage the complete business development process—from lead generation to closure.
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships to ensure growth and retention.
What We Want

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Alliances, or Partnerships (preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries).
  • Possesses strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Is proactive, self-driven, and target-focused.
  • Can think strategically while also executing with attention to detail.
  • Works well in a collaborative environment and takes ownership of results.
