What You’ll Do
As a Growth & Alliance Associate, you will:
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities .
- Build and maintain alliances with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders .
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft effective pitches and proposals .
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
- Manage the complete business development process —from lead generation to closure.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships to ensure growth and retention .

- Has 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Alliances, or Partnerships (preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries).
