Corporate Sales Manager – Hospitality & Events

Department: Sales & Business Development
Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead and manage the complete sales process for our resort properties. This role focuses on driving revenue through corporate tie-ups, banquet events, and other hospitality-related sales. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders to ensure consistent business growth and a seamless event experience.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify, target, and secure business from corporate clients for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), banquets, and social events.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with businesses, event planners, and travel management companies to maximize sales.
  • Drive corporate tie-ups for bulk bookings, long-term stays, and exclusive partnerships.
  • Work on achieving and exceeding revenue targets through proactive sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional offers and campaigns tailored for corporate clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and business houses.
  • Conduct sales presentations, property tours, and networking events to attract potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deals ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the resort.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service and follow-ups.

Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the banquet, operations, and F&B teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate events and conferences.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and offer customized solutions.
  • Monitor event execution and ensure quality service delivery.

Revenue Management & Reporting:

  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports on revenue generation and sales pipeline.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper billing and payment follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in corporate sales, hospitality, event sales, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of MICE, banquet sales, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close high-value deals, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and experience in B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and hospitality sales tools.
  • Ability to travel as required.
