Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Hunting Lead at Acxiom Consulting located in Noida. The Head Hunting Lead will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for the organization. The role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and fostering strong relationships with candidates.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Head Hunting experience
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
