About the Company
Our client is a boutique
Microsoft Dynamics and SAP ERP Implementation firm
, existing for over 20 years with a current team size of 200–300 professionals.
Their unique model involves hiring professionals from diverse domains—manufacturing, retail, distribution, accounting, programming, and technology—and grooming them into ERP consultants. As ERP is a niche and premium industry with high attrition, their talent strategy focuses on hiring from complementary pools rather than competitors, with an emphasis on behavioural and cultural fitment over just technical skills.
They are now entering a phase of accelerated and inorganic growth across India, the Middle East, and eventually the US in the next 5 years. To support this journey, they are setting up an in-house headhunting cell to drive strategic hiring at mid to leadership levels.

Who are we Looking For?
- Experience: 10–15 years in headhunting, executive search, and leadership hiring.
- Background in Tier 1, Tier 2, or boutique executive search firms OR corporate leadership hiring roles.
- Strong experience in assessing candidates on cultural and behavioural parameters.
- Deep understanding of intrinsic and extrinsic motivators driving career progression and job change.
- Exposure to multi-geography hiring (India + Middle East; US experience is an advantage).
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an individual contributor initially to hire mid-to-leadership talent.
- Gain a deep understanding of the company culture and way of working.
- Design and execute headhunting strategies for leadership and niche hiring.
- Build strong talent pipelines aligned with cultural sensitivity and growth plans.
- Once established, create and lead a headhunting team of up to 10 members covering India and Middle East.
- Partner closely with Directors and Core Team on strategic workforce planning.
