Design and develop cold forging products using AutoCAD & Solid worksCoordinate New Product Development (NPD) trails with Production Planning and Control (PPC), Production, and Tooling teams.Prepare and manage PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documents.Apply basic fasteners process knowledge to design and production.Conduct supplier end trails and technical evaluations.Oversee product layout inspections and process validation.Proven experience in Cold Forging Tool Design.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Experience with PPAP documentation.knowledge of fasteners processes.Ability to coordinate NPD trails and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong skills in supplier technical evaluation and product inspection.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
