Job Description
We are currently looking for a HR Officer & Admin to join our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia team in response to our growth. The HR Officer & Admin will play a crucial role in the human resources department, responsible for various administrative tasks and supporting HR operations. This role requires someone who is proactively contributing to the well-being and growth of the team. You will also require prior understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:-
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
  • HR Administration
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation
  • Training and Development
  • Performance Management
  • HR Projects
  • Oversee facilities & administration for the office
  • Organizing and arrangement of documents and stamp duties

Requirements
  • At least 1.5 to 3 years of work experience as a HR with a good understanding of HR operations and procedures.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure.
