Job Summary:Follow:are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Business Development professional to drive sales and partnerships inindustrial automation, smart manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 implementation . The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with customers on digital transformation initiatives, and collaborating with the engineering team to deliver automation and IoT-based solutions.Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities inindustrial automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0domains.Promote solutions involvingPLC, SCADA, HMI, robotics, sensors, IIoT platforms, and MES integration .Understand client processes and pain points to proposeautomation, digitalization, and optimization solutions .Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and process industries.Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to preparetechnical proposals, cost estimates, and presentations .Leadpre-sales activities , including demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs.Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in automation and digital manufacturing.Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to the company’sgrowth strategy in smart manufacturing solutions .Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree inElectrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineeringor related field.3–10 years of experience inindustrial automation, system integration, or Industry 4.0solution selling.Strong technical understanding ofPLC, SCADA, robotics, sensors, and IIoTecosystems.Familiarity withdigital twin, predictive maintenance, and smart factory systemsis a plus.Proven track record inbusiness development, client management, and solution-based selling .Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
