Qualifications and Skills Must have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in credit management or a related field. Strong proficiency in credit analysis with a proven track record (Mandatory skill). Experience in loan underwriting and ability to make informed decisions (Mandatory skill). Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance to ensure all credit operations adhere to industry standards (Mandatory skill). Ability to assess and mitigate risk through detailed risk assessment processes and methodologies. Competence in financial statement analysis to evaluate the financial health of clients and businesses. Skilled in portfolio management to optimize credit operations and ensure a balanced credit portfolio. Proficient in data analysis tools for better decision-making and strategic planning. Excellent customer relationship management skills to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Roles and Responsibilities Manage and oversee all credit operations within the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Conduct thorough credit analysis and loan underwriting to maintain and improve the branch's credit portfolio. Evaluate and provide risk assessments for potential and existing clients, making recommendations for credit approvals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and ensure all new and existing credit processes comply with these standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate credit solutions. Utilize data analysis tools to monitor credit trends, evaluate portfolio performance, and recommend strategic improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branch operations and contribute to overall branch success. Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement in credit management functions.
