2) Network support and administration

3) Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, Wireless and network segments.

4) Server support and Administration - Windows / Linux

5) Application testing and Performance monitoring

6) Handle the Business escalation and ensure the support resolve the issues on time

7) Branch Incident management and root cause analysis

8) Raise the service request and Coordination with service provider for any service

outage and follow-up the matrix

9) Desktop, laptop, Tab allocation and troubleshot issues (L1/L2)

10) Support for Retails ( IT Infrastructure) - Remote Support.

**Skills and Competencies**:
Knowledge on Windows and Linux systems

Capability for remote support and troubleshooting
Networking Skills related to routers, Switches

**Education and Experience **:Any graduate with 2+ years of experience in system admin field

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
