Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Success Associate with a background in the advertising industry to join our team. As an integral part of our agency, the Client Success Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing advertising campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advertising principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities :-
1)Client Management:-
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and target audience to develop strategic advertising solutions.
Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to provide updates on campaign performance, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
2)Campaign Planning and Execution: -
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to develop comprehensive advertising strategies and campaigns.
Manage the end-to-end process of campaign execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
3) Project Coordination:
Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
Liaise with external vendors and partners as needed to facilitate project execution and ensure seamless communication.
4) Industry Knowledge and Trends:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing.
Share insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency environment. This is a necessary condition for the role.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering advertising campaigns that meet or exceed objectives.
Strong understanding of advertising principles, including digital, traditional, and emerging channels.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
