
Quality Control Analyst

A Quality Control (QC) Analyst ensures products meet specific quality standards and are consistent by inspecting and testing samples at various production stages, identifying defects, documenting findings, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and drive product improvements. Key responsibilities include preparing and testing samples, maintaining strict documentation, troubleshooting equipment, analyzing test results, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Testing & Analysis: Perform various tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and final products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all testing procedures, results, and batch information in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Quality Standards: Implement and adhere to established procedures and standards, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other industry-specific guidelines.
- Defect Management: Identify, track, and report defects or non-conformances found during testing and collaborate with development or production teams to resolve them.
- Process Improvement: Analyze test results and data to identify root causes of problems and contribute to strategies for continuous improvement of products and processes.
- Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and testing tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Compliance & Auditing: Conduct internal audits and ensure that all quality control processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Pay: ₹8, ₹40,672.98 per month
