Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Analyst located in Indore. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating various customer interactions to ensure service quality. Day-to-day tasks include quality assurance, quality control, quality management, and providing feedback to improve the overall customer experience. You will work closely with other team members to ensure compliance with company and client standards.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong quality assurance, quality control, and quality management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills for evaluating performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Effective communication skills to provide clear and constructive feedback
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high-quality standards
  • Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
