About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Junior Quality Analyst
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the QA team in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of deliverables. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform manual testing to identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies.
  • Document test results and report issues clearly to the development team.
  • Support senior Quality Analysts in day-to-day QA activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of testing processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (preferred but not mandatory).
