Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality control programs, processes, and procedures to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of all aspects of our operations, including vendor management, event execution, and customer service.

3. Identify and mitigate risks associated with events, including health and safety risks, security risks, and reputational risks.

4. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies and procedures.

5. Provide support and guidance to staff involved in event execution and customer service, and ensure that they are meeting quality standards.

6. Develop strategies to enhance the quality of services delivered and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control processes and procedures, and prepare reports for management.
