UNEECOPS TECHNOLOGIES LTD, currently seeks a Bid Manager to join our team in Delhi Region, India (IN)



Key Objectives:-

Job Responsibilities:-


  • Manage and lead potential business opportunities assigned by Presales Head through the complete bid lifecycle by providing functional and non-technical (administrative) support.
  • Manage entire Bid Process as per internal processes tailored to client’s deadlines
  • Organizing Bid Kickoff Meetings.
  • Coordinating with all stakeholders (Internal as well as External like Legal, Financial/Accounts, Delivery, Administration/Operations, Officials of partners, end-clients etc.) for completion of bid deliverables
  • Preparing custom Bid Plan and executing plans for regular monitoring of bid deliverables.
  • Conducting regular reviews of bid deliverables & maintaining regular progress reports of various bid deliverables.
  • Preparing custom bid responses and accommodating the inputs of different stakeholders of the bid process.
  • Handle all activities related to manual bid submission like printing, stamping, scanning & sealing etc.
  • Handling online submission of bids on various e-tendering/e-procurement websites in India
  • Handle customer queries and request for clarifications at pre-sales stage and clarifications at post submission stage.
  • Maintaining (& regularly updating) a repository of all proposals, co-laterals, & supporting documents and physical repository of bid stationary.
  • Opportunity Generation through tender sites, Tele-cons and other mediums to effectively pitch the company’s products to existing & potential clients/prospects.
  • Regularly report on internal metrics & competitor activity and recommend actions wherever deemed necessary.


Key Requirements:-


  • Should have experience of working on RFX (RFP/RFI/EOI) for Indian Government market like Central/State Govt. Ministry (-ies), PSUs, Autonomous bodies etc.
  • Should have experience of working for Software/Infrastructure system integration or pure play bids.
  • Should have a Professional demeanour, attitude, outgoing and friendly
  • Should be Organized, Focused and Target driven
  • Should have effective written and oral communication skills to maintain sound relationships with customers, partners and colleagues
  • Should earn and maintain mutual respect with fellow employees/team members & Senior Personnel.
  • Should take the initiative in keeping others informed on matters of mutual interest.
  • Strong bid management background and experience in handling multiple RFP responses simultaneously and should have experience of working in a high pressure environment.
  • Should have prior experience of tender mining through various tender sites
  • Should have demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Should enjoy working as part of a team, making realistic commitments and meeting deadlines.
  • Should pro-actively seek guidance and information from available sources in the team.
  • Should be willing to travel in and around NCR and outstation on short notices.

  • 12 plus years in of rich experience in Bidding Process.
  • Excellent communications and written skills.
