Job Title: Business Development Manager - IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing, contract staffing, and permanent recruitment services.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and grow revenue in staffing business.
- Build, nurture, and manage relationships with key decision makers (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, CTOs, CIOs, Procurement Heads).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets closures, revenue, and client acquisition.
- Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
- Negotiate commercials, manage contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the IT staffing industry.
- Forecast pipeline performance using data-driven insights
- Pitch and close deals with compelling proposals and presentations
- Gather customer feedback (VOC) to drive marketing strategy
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Work closely with the delivery/back-office teams
- Mentor junior team members and represent the brand professionally
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years proven experience in IT Staffing & Recruitment, HR Services
- Strong experience in HR/staffing sales, preferably with MNC clients
- Good at cold calling, lead generation, client search through online portal.
- Proven track record of target achievement and client retention
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong data orientation and strategic business acumen
