Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Thane. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling, following up on sales inquiries, and converting leads into potential customers. Additionally, this role involves maintaining a sales pipeline, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies. The Inside Sales Executive will also be expected to understand client needs, provide appropriate products and services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the software development industry is a plus
