  • Educational Qualification - Graduation / Post Graduation
  • Experience years of experience in a team handling role, essentially to be in automobile service in 4 Wheeler.

  • Job purpose: This position would be responsible for the strategic planning, overall operations, and day to day management of the affairs of Premsons Motor (Maruti Suzuki) 14 Workshops.

  • Roles & Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of experience in a Team Handling role, essentially to be in Automobile Service.

  • This position would be responsible for the strategic planning, overall operations, and day to day management of the all the workshops of Premsons Motor.

  • Supervising and motivating a team of Managers, Front Line team and technicians to achieve load and labour targets.

  • Implementing efficient processes and maintaining a high level of service quality at all workshops.

  • Workshop Profitability enhancement in all aspects.

  • Enhancing Service Advisors productivity.

  • Adherence to expense budgets.
