Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic General Manager (GM) who can take ownership of our ongoing and upcoming Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) road projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of completing HAM projects within 24 months and the leadership ability to guide and inspire project managers and site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Lead overall planning, monitoring, and execution of HAM projects.
  • • Ensure timely completion (within 24 months) while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • • Guide project managers and site teams with a broader vision and execution discipline.
  • • Coordinate effectively with clients (NHAI) and Independent Engineers to ensure smooth approvals and progress.
  • • Oversee quality, safety, and compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
  • • Drive alignment between project planning, resource allocation, and site execution teams.

Candidate Profile

  • • Minimum 15+ years of experience in highway/road infrastructure projects.
  • • Proven experience in end-to-end delivery of HAM projects.
  • • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • • Ability to work in high-pressure environments with strict timelines.
  • • Must be willing to be based out of Ranchi / Chatra, Jharkhand.
