Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and lead our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in development. A background in marketing or sales within the real estate sector is highly preferred. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end development activities, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale real estate development projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, marketing, and sales.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, government authorities, and consultants, to ensure project alignment and compliance.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and provide insights to enhance the project’s market positioning.
  • Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Drive marketing and sales initiatives to achieve project sales targets and build brand value.


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10-15 years of experience in real estate development.
  • Strong background in marketing or sales within the real estate sector.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams and complex projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
