YOUR AREA OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations and presentations to address their specific needs
Serve as a subject matter expert on digital banking solutions, articulating the value proposition and benefits of our products to prospective clients
Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with client requirements and alignment with company offerings
Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the features and capabilities of our Digital Engagement Platform.
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, workshops, and webinars to engage with prospective clients and highlight the unique selling points of our solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to gather relevant information and insights for presales activities
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to digital banking to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Drafting the Contract/ Service agreement for the clients.
Pre-Requisites:
Large RFP management in IT or Consulting is MUST
A minimum Bid-Management / Pre-Sales experience of 4 years is a must (Preferably in Banking Domain)
Excellent communication ; multi-stakeholder coordination skills is a must
Strong Presentation skills
Critical thinking and creative mindset
Proven problem-solving and writing skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a complex business environment
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Should have strong expertise in contract designing.
