Job Title: VP Engineering
Location: Chennai
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP of Engineering with over 9 years of experience in product development to lead our engineering team and drive technological innovation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in building scalable solutions and managing high-performing teams, particularly within start-up organizations. Candidates with expertise in the healthcare domain or healthcare products will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the engineering team to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with business goals.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure scalable architecture and robust solutions to meet product and customer needs.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
Key Requirements:
9+ years of experience in product development, including leadership roles.
Strong background in the healthcare domain (preferred).
Proven success in start-up environments, scaling teams and processes.
Technical expertise in full-stack development, including:
Backend: Java.Frontend: Angular, Node.js, or similar frameworks. Core full-stack development capabilities.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills .
